Terms and Conditions of Sale

Products and colours may differ slightly from the images shown and images are not to scale. As most products available for purchasing online are hand made to order, we can not guarantee that products will be identical to the images shown in the site. Size, colour and style will all vary depending on the type of product ordered.


Prices are in UK £ sterling, excluding postal charges.  Postal charges are based on weight and orders are sent 1st class recorded, or if weight dictates, standard parcels and insured.  We will endevour to send orders within 7 days of order and payment.  We are not responsible for losses or damage done by Royal Mail, however we will put in a claim and refund cost of item only once claim has been paid.


You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform redfavours.com as soon as possible. Payment will be taken immediately.  Delivery times quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. International delivery will be in excess of this in most cases and subject to where in the world you are based. Please feel free to Email us for more information prior to making a purchase.

All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the site’s terms a conditions. Once you accept an order you are bound by these terms and conditions. Fulfilment of the order is subject to availability and acceptance of your order, and redfavours.com is under no obligation to fulfil your order.


International delivery will be subject to additional delivery charges and delivery lead times. redfavours.com are not liable for duty, other taxes or seizure costs incurred during international delivery.  Any reliance you place upon any Materials or Products will be at your sole risk and it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the Materials and Products meet your requirements. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. These terms and conditions do not affect your statuary rights


Delivery times stated in redfavours.com are for UK mainland delivery, international delivery times will be in addition to this and will depend on where in the world you are based.  Customs procedures and different international postal networks can affect delivery time, making it difficult for us to guarantee how quickly you will receive your order.


Please note, that unless otherwise stated you may be liable to customs duties and any other applicable taxes on your order when it reaches your country. We do not collect or control these charges, and we cannot predict what they will be. For more information, you may wish to contact your local customs office.
All deliveries must be signed for, including those sent via the postal service.  As soon as the carrier has delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.


If the product is faulty or you have received an incorrect delivery you must notify us via e-mail to redfavours.com within 7 days of receipt.   We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.  Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. 
On receipt of returned goods, we will assess the product according to the fault you have stated. If we agree with the fault, you will receive a full refund or replacement goods free of charge.


You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days starting the day after the receipt of the goods, and do not need to state a reason. If the goods have already been delivered, you will need to return them. Goods must be returned unused and in the condition they were delivered in. You will be responsible for return delivery costs, and you will be refunded the  cost of the product within 30 days of cancellation, according to the terms above (postage is not refundable).  The only exception to the above are goods purchased which are made to your specifications, i.e. where the goods differ from those represented in the site. In this case, we reserve the right not accept the order cancellation of unwanted products, however each case will be assessed individually.

We will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of the material on any web site that is not under our control.
